New policy relating to ETEA program for F.Sc part-l& part-II students enrolled in session August 2019 and continued up to July 2020 (Morning Regular Session)
1. There will be total 7 classes per day for Boys Campus and 8 Classes per day for Girls Campus.
2. ETEA classes specific for F.Sc part-I Boys & Girls will start we.f 1/08/2019 and will continue up to 15/03/2019 (4 ½ months) attend by senior ETEA faculty members.
3. ETEA Classes for FS.c part II Boys & Girls have Already been Started since 20th June 2019.
4. Practical classes will be held in the same period specified for theory class by the teacher concerned, there must be at least one practical class per week managed by the teacher and head concerned so that no practical work is left incomplete no special time will be given for the practical classes during the academic session.
5. There will be 4 model ETEA tests each of 200 mcqs in physics chemistry, bio/maths and English according to standards of ETEA the duration of test will be 3 hours and will conduct on Sunday specified by the management and will announce to students before.
Quick marking, supply of answer key, revision of question papers, inculcating ETEA skills to students, psychological training of the students for ETEA tests and communication of results will be the hall mark of these ETEA tests.
6. This scheme will also be continued in F.Sc part-lI for the already enrolled students up to 2019. At end of F.Sc part-II examination (2020) there will be ETEA coaching classes for enrolled F.Sc students, however students obtaining 475 or more marks in F.Sc part-I will be entitled for Free ETEA coaching fee and those securing less than 475 marks in F.Sc part-I will be entitled for 50% discount in ETEA coaching fee, no student will be allowed to attend ETEA coaching classes in Dawn Academy on free basis starting from May 2020 ending July 2020. A special problem-oriented class will be arranged on regular basis i.e. 1 class of 1 to 2 hours per week only for those students who are expected to clear the ETEA tests for admission in MBBS and who are normally not willing to attend ETEA classes on the basis of their academic strength.
