Academic session of school section continues from Feb to January each year. During one Academic Session of school Section, Six monthly tests, two term Examinations 4 enrichment tests and a Pre- board examination are conducted, according to schedule mentioned in calendar of events.
The Academic Session of the College section for F.Sc Part-1 is from August to May while for F.Se Part-II is from June to May. During the academic session for F.Sc, three monthly tests, two term examinations 4 enrichment tests and a Pre- board examination are conducted. The purpose of these tests / examinations is to prepare the students for Annual Board Examinations and Entry Tests for admission to medical and engineering colleges/universities as well as other professional institutes. The results of examinations are conveyed to the parents/guardians through SMS for information about their ward's performance as well as ensuring parents participation in the educational process. All the tests/examinations are conducted and organized by the Controller of Examinations. Passing marks for each test are 50%. Students failed in, compulsory subject will not be promoted/not be allowed for BISË examination. Alongside class tests are also taken on regular basis. Class attendance, home assignments, afternoon attendance of senior section & mini projects are integral parts of the examination system. A new innovation in our academies is the introduction of Art class focused on refining the creative potentials of students in this sector. Furthermore, special class based on audio- visual technologies is also held in audio-visual laboratory.
