A human resources department is a critical component of employee well¬being in an Institute, no matter how small HR responsibilities include payroll, benefits, hiring, firing, and keeping up to date with state and federal tax laws. Human resource management is a central pillar of many organizations. In short human resource activities fall under five core functions: staffing, development, compensation, safety and health, and employee and labor relations. Within each of those core functions, HR conducts a wide variety of activities, at DAWN we have a separate Human Resource Department, which works day and night for the betterment of the employee.
