APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS:
The following documents/testimonials must be attached with the admission form.
• Provisional Certificate/SLC & DMC of the last Examination passed.
• Character certificate from the last attended institute, duly signed by the head of institute concerned.
• Four latest passport size colored photographs
• Copy of father CNIC or Domicile of the Candidate
• Migration Certificate (if required).
• Affidavit completed in all aspects.
• Form "B".
Note: All photocopies of the documents must be dully attested by a gazette
officer and these shall not be returned if admission is refused. The guardian
will have to sign the undertaking and will be responsible for his/her
Son/Daughter/relative not to indulge political activity disobedience/misbehavior or do anything which may interrupt normal function of the institution in any manner.
